Yoshida Fine Art Gallery
The objective was to do a complete seismic upgrade of an existing 5,000 sq. ft. building in 6 weeks for a formal Grand opening that had been announced.

Tavern to Office Conversion
The building sat on the property line and the owner wished to get rid of the existing flat roof. He wanted the trusses to slope to get rid of excessive water off of the roof.

362 SW Oak
The building at 362 SW Oak was designed and built for leasing to the public for office or small manufacturing.

Kitchen
Added eight feet to the kitchen and installed additional lighting and a custom granite topped island.

Remodeled Home
Complete remodel of this home including additions on both sides of the house, relocated a bathroom, added a full master bedroom, bath, a mud room, changed the family room into two bedrooms and ...
